What are the benefits of waking early in the morning ?

Waking early in the morning has lot of benefits. It help us start the day with no stress, with the feeling of having plenty of time for doing exercise, meditation, running & planning the day. As a result we are mentally prepare for the day. It also help to reduce the risk of the chronic disease.

So lets dive deeper into the benefits of waking early in morning

Provide sufficient time in the morning for doing multiple things:

In the morning if you wake up early at 5am to 6am, you get a time for making yourself fresh, going for walk or running, doing in-house exercise or going to the gym, doing meditation. Doing these things improves your mood, improves your blood circulation in the body & you inhale more oxygen during the exercise. After Walking, exercise & meditation you can plan your day on the paper, which provides you the mental clarity on how your day is going  to be. Get enough time for eating healthy breakfast:

To consume healthy breakfast it takes time. You can eat less nutrition food very quickly like drinking tea, coffee, eating donut, biscuit or Maggie. Your mind and your body will be comfortable in consuming less nutrition and tasty breakfast. But eating nutrition food like fruit, boiled eggs, sprouts, dry fruits etc. will take time to consume.
